TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Scheme period is defined as 1st September 2016 till the 31st October 2016 for calculating purchase in the scheme period, HTC products invoiced ( reduced for any purchase Return, Demo's & Doa's) by RDS to the respective retailers during the scheme period shall only considered "Purchase".
2. "Purchase" during the scheme period shall be calculated daily basis sales updated by the RDS to MPS Telecom private Limited through the HTC SPSS System, any failure to do so in the scheme period will disqualify any performing retailer from any payout/rewards whatsoever.
3. Any retailer found cross-selling/supplying/selling HTC product to any other Retailer/Online entity/Outside his store shall be immediately disqualified from the scheme.
4. Retailer may select a business value slab and strive to achieve this slab in totality(100%),Only keep in mind that a minimum of 60% of this value target equivalent units are activated during the scheme period to qualify for a payout/reward.
5. Rewards/Payout Shall be made strictly by the slab. If a retailer over qualify the chosen slab, he has to strive to achieve the next bigger slab. As such, there will be no additional payout payout on business revenue achieved over the chosen slab. Example if a retailer qualify for a revenue slab of Rs.28,00,000 he Will not be entitled for 2 slabs of Rs.20,00,000 + Rs 8,00,000 .
6. Models mentioned against rewards are as per manufacturer's current catalogue of the respective brands. In the event any of these models are discontinued at the time of disbursement, MPS Telecom Private Limited & HTC India Private Limited will substitute the same with an alternate model with equivalent/near equivalent model.
7. MPS Telecom private Limited Shall only bear Ex-showroom price of the vehicle at the respective location (city/town) of the retailer. All other charges including but not limited to insurance, VAT, Road Tax, Registration, Gift Tax & Logistics Charges etc shall be borne by the retailer .
8. All foreign trips are Ex. Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai & Bangalore (as deemed fit by the travel agency). Qualifying Dealers for foreign trips must have valid passport and should be eligible for travel VISA. Neither, HTC India or MPS Telecom Private Limited or the RDS will be responsible for arranging Passport/VISA.
9. Order placed but not billed during the scheme period for any reason whatsoever will not be considered as achievement against the above scheme.
10. Values will be calculated basis DP of 15th of the respective month of achievement.
