TERMS & CONDITIONS
Scheme is applicable on Intex Aqua Series Smart Phones & Feature Phones. Cloud Series is NOT included in the scheme
Scheme is open to all Retailers. NOT Included in this scheme are Wholesalers
Purchase from Authorized distributors will only be considered for the scheme
In totality distributor primary value must be equal to the secondary value of all retailers or else the claims shall be deducted for lower retailers, Max 15% flexibility to be given
Sales value will be calculated on the Basic DP as specified by the company, State Vat will not be considered in the scheme value
Registration of retailers in the scheme is mandatory, Registration to be recorded in the scheme leaflet provided by company
Minimum 30% of the Target value to be achieved every month by retailer to be eligible for the scheme
Sales of 2 or more retailers cannot be clubbed to achieve a single slab.
Incase any retailer acheivement is between 2 Target slab then he will be elible for the reward of the lesser target
Rewards will be given on acheivement of the Target value , Retailer will be eligible for one reward only
Additional Tertiary booster will be given if retailer does 60% tertiary of the Secondary Value in the said period, incase the Tertiary value is
less than 60% the retailer will not be eligible for the tertiary booster
In case activation of retailer is found in other trade (Online or Modern Trade) such retailer will be made ineligible for scheme.
In case activation of retailer is found outside state which is above 15% & the outside state volume tertiary more than 20 Nos , such retailers out of state tertiary value will be deducted
from the total value & scheme to be calculated as per eligible the slab
Actual Secondary Sale recorded in the Secondary portal by distributors/Micro distributors will be only considered under the scheme. Incase of fake reporting distributor will borne
the scheme to retailers
In case of issue in terms of recording secondary in the portal then QUERY to be raised on the portal which will be addressed in 2 working days. No emails will be entertained
No deviation shall be approved & all claims & eligibility will be based only as per the web portal retailer wise sale subject to audit done by sales team / 3rd party.
Note : The company has all the rights to change/modify/withdraw the scheme any time during the scheme period with or without prior notice.
